SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

All CiCi Nails orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. Orders will generally be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your Australia Post tracking information.

Please note that dispatch time is separate from delivery time. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time depends on the shipping option selected and the destination.

We offer Australia-wide shipping through our partnership with Australia Post.

Standard Shipping - $10 AUD

Our standard Australian shipping rate is $10 AUD.

Express Shipping - $15 AUD

Our express Australian shipping rate is $15 AUD for customers who require a faster delivery service.

Free Australian Shipping

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99 AUD.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated based on the eligible order value before shipping charges.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery service has been expressly confirmed as guaranteed. For regional and remote Australian locations, additional delivery time may apply.

SECTION 5 - WORLDWIDE DELIVERY TIMES

CiCi Nails generally dispatches international orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is subject to the applicable Australia Post international delivery network, as well as the postal and customs authorities in the destination country.

International delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated for the selected shipping service.

SECTION 6 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Where tracking is available, you will receive your Australia Post tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking information may take some time to appear after your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your parcel. If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you with your enquiry and provide any available information regarding your shipment.

SECTION 7 - DELIVERY ADDRESS

To help avoid delays or delivery issues, please make sure your delivery information is accurate, complete, and up to date. Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information may result in delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs. In such cases, any resulting loss or additional costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp. We will do our best to assist you before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, any address changes or delivery requests are subject to Australia Post’s policies and procedures.

SECTION 8 - MISSED OR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES

If Australia Post is unable to deliver your parcel, it may be taken to a designated collection location or handled according to Australia Post’s applicable delivery procedures.

Please follow the instructions provided by Australia Post through tracking notifications or delivery notices. If a delivery is missed, a parcel is not collected, or an incorrect delivery address has been provided, this may result in delays, additional shipping costs, or other delivery issues. In such cases, any resulting loss or additional costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

SECTION 9 - SHIPPING DELAYS

While we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

• Public holidays

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• High parcel volumes

• Transport disruptions

• Australia Post network delays

• Remote or regional delivery locations

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

• Customs processing

• Import restrictions

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

SECTION 10 - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. 

Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are generally payable by the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their orders comply with the applicable laws and import requirements of the destination country.

SECTION 11 - LOST, DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS

If your parcel appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact CiCi Nails as soon as possible.

To help us investigate the issue, we may request:

• Your order number

• Australia Post tracking number

• Photographs of damaged packaging or products

• Delivery address

• Details of any delivery notification received

Where appropriate, CiCi Nails may work with Australia Post to investigate the shipment.

Any rights you have under applicable Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected by this Shipping Policy.

SECTION 12 - DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your CiCi Nails order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the product and packagin. Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as it may be required for an Australia Post investigation or claim.

We will assess the circumstances and work with you to find an appropriate resolution in accordance with our legal obligations and applicable consumer rights.

SECTION 13 - RETURNED OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If an order is returned to CiCi Nails because the customer provided an incorrect address, failed to collect the parcel, or otherwise could not receive the shipment, please contact us to arrange the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel needs to be re-sent. 

Where an order is returned to us because of circumstances within the customer's control, the original shipping fee may not be refundable. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 14 - SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain products, destinations, or services may be subject to restrictions imposed by Australia Post, customs authorities, or applicable laws.

CiCi Nails reserves the right to cancel or modify a shipping method where a particular product cannot legally or safely be transported to a particular destination.

If we are unable to ship an order to your selected destination, we will contact you regarding the available options.

SECTION 15 - AUSTRALIA POST PARTNERSHIP

CiCi Nails works with Australia Post as our shipping and delivery partner.

Once an order has been collected or lodged with Australia Post, the parcel is transported through the Australia Post delivery network and is subject to Australia Post's applicable terms, conditions, service standards, and delivery procedures.

CiCi Nails will provide reasonable assistance with shipping enquiries and delivery issues, but we cannot control circumstances occurring within the Australia Post network after dispatch.

CiCi Nails reserves the right to update or change this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply from the date the updated policy is published.
