It all began with a nail appointment. The founder got her nails done for a special date, expecting it to be a simple afternoon treat. However, she spent nearly five hours stuck in the salon, unable to do anything else. Not to mention the noise and overpowering smell… After the date, she asked herself, “Am I really going to spend another five hours in a nail salon next time?” Her answer was: Hell No! But she still loved having beautiful nails. They made her fingers look longer, more elegant, and polished. She found herself struggling to make a choice. 

That was when Elon Musk’s First Principles thinking sparked an idea: “Boil things down to their fundamental truths and reason up from there.” She started asking herself: Can I get beautiful nails in minutes instead of spending five hours in a salon? Can I keep my favourite nail designs and wear them again, instead of wearing them just once? Can I switch up my nail styles to match different outfits, instead of wearing the same design every time? That’s where CiCi Nails began.

And this became our vision: to create beautiful press-on nails that give everyone the freedom to enjoy a polished manicure on their own terms — whenever and wherever they choose.
